Tactical Performance Program
Training for Tactical Performance
Improve Clarity, Focus and Mental Toughness
Our Tactical Performance Program is built on scientifically proven, evidence-based breathing techniques to improve clarity, focus and mental toughness while increasing performance and resilience under stressful situations.
We will assess each client to establish a baseline on physical ability and mental fitness while identifying dysfunctional breathing patterns. We then devise a unique tactical training regimen based on unique training objectives and specific requirements to deliver the highest success rate possible by enhancing the skillset and physical and mental toughness of our clients.
Breath Control for High-Responsibility, High-Impact Professionals
Breathwork training helps clients step back from emotional reactions and access the intelligence and prowess of their own breath-body-mind connection to establish new patterns and clear focused responses on the obstacle race course or in the line of duty.
