We are excited to announce that on Sunday, January the 19th at 2:00pm we will be hosting a workshop geared towards Addiction Recovery.  The event will take place at the Beban Park Nanaimo Social Center in Room #1.  This special workshop is only $30 to register, the idea behind the modest ticket price is because no one needs the additional stress of more bills to worry about right after the hioliday season.

This workshop is designed to help you start the new year off right where you can learn new tools to put in your arsenal that will build resilience to anxiety, improve your sleeping patterns and act as a powerful support towards relapse prevention.

Come on out for an affordable afternoon where you will learn new self discovery and awarenss techniques while also enhancing your connection with the recovery community on Vancouver Island.
